Tasca Service Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Tasca (the "App"). All users (the "Users") who use the App agree to these Terms.

2. Registration

  1. Users must register an email address and password to use the App.
  2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  3. Users must promptly update their registration information when changes occur.

3. Account Management

  1. Users are responsible for managing their account information and password.
  2. We are not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use of account information.
  3. Users must promptly notify us if they suspect their account information has been compromised.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the App:

5. Suspension of Service

  1. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App's service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
    • When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system
    • When service provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, or power outages
    • When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
    • When we otherwise determine that service provision is difficult
  2. We are not responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused by suspension or discontinuation of the App's service.

  1. We do not guarantee, either expressly or impliedly, that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including defects, errors, bugs, or infringements related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or security).
  2. We are not responsible for any damage caused to users by the App.
  3. We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties related to the App.

7. Changes to Service

We may change, add, or discontinue the App's content with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

8. Changes to Terms

  1. We may change these Terms without individual user consent in the following cases:
    • When the changes are in the general interest of users
    • When the changes are necessary to achieve the purpose of the service contract and the content, nature, and necessity of the changes are reasonable
  2. When we change these Terms, we will post the content of the changed Terms and the effective date on the App.

9. Handling of Personal Information

We handle personal information obtained through the use of the App in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Notifications

Notifications or communications between users and us shall be made by the method we specify. We will send notifications or communications to the currently registered contact information, and these shall be deemed to have reached users at the time of transmission.

11. Prohibition of Assignment

Users may not assign or provide as security their status under the service contract or rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location.
